Finance Assistant Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (DOE) Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, bonus scheme, flexible working Employment Type: Permanent - full time or part-time Location: Chesham / High Wycombe / Amersham Finance Assistant Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance assistant to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business based in the High Wycombe / Amersham area. The business design and manufacture a range of complex systems which are sold internationally. The finance assistant is a new position within the business, with the view to support the finance manager. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable and will ideally have a few years of experience within this area. Day to day you will be dealing with invoicing, speaking to suppliers, and occasionally supporting the sales administration team. No formal accounting accreditation (AAT) is required for this role. You will need to be a quick thinker with good IT skills (internal finance software and excel etc). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as a good mathematical ability. This role is open to both full time and part-time applicants. It is an immediate hire with interviews expected to take place next week.
