This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of an organisation that puts people first.About the roleReporting to the Director of Finance, you''ll play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function - from purchase and sales ledger work through to resident accounts, credit control, banking reconciliations and supporting month-end and audit processes. No two days will be quite the same, and you''ll have plenty of opportunity to get involved in process improvements as the team continues to develop.What you''ll be doing as a Finance Assistant Processing supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and coding to the correct nominal ledgerManaging sales ledger activity including housing charge, fee and recharge invoicesWorking alongside the care home reception team to maintain resident personal accounts and expensesSupporting credit control, escalating overdue balances where appropriateAssisting with bank reconciliations, control accounts and petty cashContributing to month-end tasks, audit ..... full job details .....
