Finance Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and organised Finance / Accounts Generalist Assistant to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.The successful candidate will assist with purchase and sales ledger activities, reconciliations, reporting, payroll support, and general finance administration while working closely with the wider accounts and operations teams.As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Processing purchase invoices and supplier paymentsRaising sales invoices and monitoring customer accountsAssisting with bank reconciliations and cash allocationSupporting month-end and year-end finance processesMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationAssisting with payroll administration and employee expensesHandling supplier and customer account queriesMonitoring outstanding payments and credit control activitiesUpdating spreadsheets, finance systems, and databasesSupporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting and administrationEnsuring compliance with company procedures and financial regulationsThe ideal candidate will be: Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping roleGood understanding of basic accounting principlesStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyCompetent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft ..... full job details .....
