You will be required to prepare analysis and data to allow the financial controller to manage targets, workload and workforce and to support discussions and decision making at Management level. The Role: Support the Financial controller in transacting, understanding and analysing operational cost, along with completing support tasks for the subsidiaryMaintain cost, revenue and cash forecast for the entire business entity/business functionWork with operational teams to forecast resource plans and cost impactHelp record and evaluate risks or opportunitiesAssist in regular OP and FC processAct as a liaison for managers in understanding and controlling operational costsInput and advise on external costs and internal resourcesLiaison with procurement team to ensure correct evaluation of open commitment and timely recognition of cost Requirements: Finance knowledge, debits/credits, cash and Profit and LossSupports Financial controller. Previous cash flow forecast. Providing cost centre report. Look up coding for procurementProvide analysis and support to financial performance reportingTrack actual costs and revenue allocation - understand, review and be able to instruct journals and posting to the back office team to ensure accurate booking of cost, allocations and revenues.
