Description
- Process and record invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
- Assist with payment runs and resolve any supplier queries promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible for audits.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department as required.

Profile
A successful Accounts Payable (AP) temp should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- An understanding of working within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
