Finance Assistant

They are now looking to add a Finance Assistant to the team. This is an office-based role, so you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle, paying up to 32k PA. About the Role:You''ll be supporting the Finance Manager in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of the Finance Department, working across both sales and purchase ledgers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This is a varied and busy role with scope to develop and take ownership of processes. It''s perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on finance environment and is keen to be a key part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:Allocate customer receipts and supplier paymentsProduce and send sales invoicesManage credit control and debt recoveryMaintain and update the purchase ledgerProcess supplier payment runsMonitor and analyse credit reports and customer limitsHandle customer queries and resolve payment issuesManage finance inboxes and admin tasksMaintain database records with accuracyDeliver consistent, professional customer serviceSupport the wider team and contribute to business growthAbout You:Previous finance or accounts experience (ideally in a similar all-round role)Confident working with numbers and financial systemsStrong ..... full job details .....
