This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved across multiple areas of finance, building relationships across the business and taking pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.What you''ll be doing:Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial recordsManaging supplier payments and preparing payment runsReconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepanciesSupporting month-end activities, including journals and reconciliationsProducing reports and assisting with financial analysisBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and process improvementsAssisting with cash allocation, credit control and other finance duties when requiredWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable roleStrong reconciliation and problem solving skillsConfident using finance systems and Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage priorities and work to deadlinesA positive, team-focused approach with strong communication skillsSomeone who ..... full job details .....
