The business is committed to investing in its people and offers genuine opportunities for ongoing development and progression.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching, checking and coding invoicesReconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queriesAssisting with weekly and monthly payment runsSupporting sales ledger activities, including invoicing and account maintenancePerforming bank and supplier account reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial records and updating finance systemsAssisting with month-end processes and financial reportingLiaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queriesSupporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance administration dutiesAbout YouPrevious experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable, or similar finance roleGood understanding of purchase ledger, ..... full job details .....
