Finance Trustee (Trustee UK charity - Voluntary role. Our partner is a leading contemporary arts organisation, known for its ambitious exhibitions, inclusive learning programmes and strong engagement with local and international communities.They are looking for a senior finance professional to join the Board as Finance Trustee and Chair the Finance and Audit Committee. The role involves providing strategic oversight of financial planning, supporting an evolving income-generation strategy, advising on risk, audit and financial controls, and working with the leadership team to ensure long-term financial sustainability.The ideal candidate will bring senior-level finance experience, strong strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to support an organisation navigating growth and change. An interest in contemporary culture and a commitment to values of openness, inclusion and creativity are also important.Board meetings take place in Nottingham with hybrid attendance options, and committee meetings are held several times per year.
