Finance and Resources Manager

Interim Finance and Resources Manager Salary: £37,740 per annum Contract: Fixed term, 6 months Hours: 35 hours per week, full time Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days office-based, 3 days working from home Holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. Annual leave entitlement increases with length of service. Pension: 4% employer pension contribution About the role Môrwell Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a values-based charity in the Vale of Glamorgan who are searching for an experienced Interim Finance and Resources Manager to provide leadership, continuity and stability across finance and business support during a period of organisational review and internal restructuring. This is a 6-month fixed-term interim position, with the possibility that the role may become permanent following the organisation''s restructuring process. However, this is not guaranteed, and any future permanent opportunities will be subject to the outcome of the restructure. Working as part of the Leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee financial management, reporting, controls and compliance, alongside business support, routine HR administration, facilities and office operations.
