Finance and Project Analyst

18-Month Fixed Term ContractHybrid Working 2 Days Office-Based8:30am - 5:00pm We are working with a well-established organisation seeking a Finance and Project Analyst to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with experience in facilities management, property, construction, estates, or project support to play a key role in delivering business-critical initiatives. Working closely with operational and project stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and improve overall performance across the function. Key Responsibilities Analyse facilities, property and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Produce regular reports, dashboards and management information to support business decisions. Monitor project performance, costs, budgets and KPIs. Support planning and delivery of facilities and construction-related projects. Maintain accurate records relating to assets, contracts, maintenance schedules and supplier performance. Assist with forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external contractors. Drive process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency across the department.
