experience, ideally in the banking sector, to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial property development company.Responsibilities

Management of the company’s Joint venture projectsLiaise with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cashflowWork alongside the property finance team to assist with mezzanine and equity loans for property developmentLiaise with the Operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangementsWork closely with the family office on new business opportunitiesAd-hoc tasks delegated from the Operations ManagerRequirements / Qualifications

You will likely be working within the banking sector and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.Application
