Now we''re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Finance and Operations Manager to work directly with the owners and strengthen the financial and operational engine behind our next stage of growth. This isn''t a role where you''ll simply report the numbers. You''ll understand what every job really costs, where margin is being made or lost, what we''re spending with suppliers and where the business can operate smarter. For the right person, there''s genuine scope to progress towards Director level and potentially own a stake in the business.
