Finance and Operations Manager (Interim) Location: Office-based Job Type: Full time or Part-time Salary: c. £60,000 per annum (full-time equivalent) 3-6 Month Contract We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance and Operations Manager to lead our clients finance function on a part-time interim basis. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and performance while enjoying the autonomy and strategic input of a senior position without the demands of full-time hours. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the finance function, including preparation of monthly management accounts and group-level reporting. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes and oversee the preparation of year-end statutory accounts. Monitor cash flow and support financial planning, developing and improving internal controls and financial procedures. Provide financial insight and commercial judgement to support business decisions and produce consolidated accounts as required across the group. Support day-to-day people matters in collaboration with our external HR provider, handling employee relations, performance, and other HR processes. Develop financial dashboards and management information for Directors and Shareholders, applying AI tools to enhance accounting operations and financial reporting.
