An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing investment business as a Finance & Operations Associate.

Working closely with the leadership team, you''ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business across finance, operations, marketing and events. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to everything from funding rounds and fund launches through to investor events, social media and business administration.

The Role

• Supporting finance administration, bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll, VAT returns and tax administration
• Liaising with external accountants and advisers
• Coordinating events including investor dinners, networking events, golf days and other client engagement activities
• Managing social media activity and marketing administration
• Providing operational and administrative support across the business
• Supporting senior stakeholders with a range of business-critical projects

• Previous experience in a finance, operations or business support role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Comfortable supporting payroll, VAT returns and finance processes
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved across all areas of the business
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
