Finance and Operations Analyst

Role and Responsibilities The role acts as a technical specialist supporting FandO systems and supporting services, ensuring effective and consistent service delivery. Responsibilities include: Support and maintain Dynamics 365 FandO services, including environments, integrations and supporting systems Provision and configure environments aligned to security, operational and governance standards Monitor system health, availability and performance, taking proactive action to optimise services Investigate and resolve incidents and problems using logs, monitoring tools and vendor guidance Contribute to service improvement activities, identifying trends and recommending enhancements Apply security controls and ensure compliance with organisational policies Provide technical input into projects across design, ..... full job details .....
