It would suit someone who enjoys working in an SME environment where no two days are the same.Process Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableRaise invoices and proactively follow up on outstanding payments (credit control)Support VAT checks, cash reconciliation and month-end processesMaintain accurate records and data entry using QuickBooksProcess expense claims, stock control and raise purchase ordersLiaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clientsSupport scheduling, coordination and job administrationRespond to incoming calls, emails and general correspondenceMeet and greet visitors when requiredWhat we''re looking for?Previous experience within a finance or ..... full job details .....
