A growing business based in Watford is looking for a capable and proactive Finance and Office Administrator to join its team.This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys being involved in both finance and the wider running of an office. Initially, the position will be a mix of finance support and general administration, with the finance element expected to grow as the business continues to develop.It would be a good opportunity for someone who has experience in accounts, finance administration, bookkeeping, office administration or a similar all-round support role, and who is happy working in a hands-on environment where no two days are exactly the same.The role will include:Processing supplier invoices and helping with payment runsRaising sales invoices and supporting customer account reconciliationsAssisting with bank reconciliations and cash postingsHelping with month-end tasks including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliationsProcessing expenses and company credit card reconciliationsSupporting with payroll administration, timesheets and pay run approvalsHelping monitor spend against budgets and supporting forecasting workMaintaining accurate finance records and documentationSupporting stock, asset or inventory tracking where requiredProviding general office and administrative support to the wider teamWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping or office administrationGood attention to detail and a high level of ..... full job details .....
