Finance and HR Manager
Key Responsibilities Finance Prepare budgets, management accounts, and cash flow forecastsMonitor school fees, invoicing, and collectionsOversee payroll and paymentsSupport the annual audit and ensure VAT compliance Operations Help maintain school buildings and facilitiesManage insurance and operational processesSupport improvements to financial systems and processes Governance Attend meetings with the Senior Management Team and governing bodies Health and Safety Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsMaintain risk assessments and fire safety records HR Administration Prepare staff contractsSupport pay reviews and reporting (including gender pay gap reporting) Person Specification Essential (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience (PQ/Qualified)Experience preparing budgets, management accounts, and forecastsStrong communication skills with non-finance stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple responsibilitiesExperience managing or supervising staff Desirable Experience working in a school or similar organisation Salary Approximately £55,000-75,000, depending on experience. ..... full job details .....
