Finance and Business Services Manager

Key Responsibilities Build, develop and coordinate the Finance and Business Services function in close collaboration with Group Finance and Group HR, ensuring alignment with Group policies, systems, controls and ways of working. Provide hands on leadership across finance, payroll, administration and people services activities during the site''s growth phase. Develop scalable systems, processes and controls capable of supporting future business expansion. Support the development of a high performance culture aligned with values and leadership principles. Lead all site finance activities, ensuring compliance with Group policies, procedures and financial controls in close corporation with Group Finance and HR. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long term financial plans. Produce accurate monthly management accounts and business performance reporting. Provide financial analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow, working capital and cost control activities. Support capital investment decisions, business cases and strategic growth initiatives. Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators and ensure appropriate reporting to site and Group management.
