Full time Permanent Office based role – working Monday to Friday

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Selby, North Yorkshire who are looking for someone who is looking to develop their accounts and finance experience as a Finance Administrator.

The Role
Are you organised, detail-driven, and happiest when everything balances just right? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a friendly finance team of five. Working alongside another Finance Administrator, you’ll rotate through key financial tasks – so no two days are the same. From managing ledgers to supporting smooth payments and keeping our accounts in shape, you’ll play a vital part in making sure the numbers add up behind the scenes of our busy manufacturing site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing purchase invoices and preparing timely payment runs
  • Managing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Being the go-to contact for suppliers and colleagues with invoice queries
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier/customer accounts
  • Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding debts
  • Maintaining accurate records in SAP (full training provided)
  • Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks to keep the team running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in finance/accounts administration (manufacturing background is a bonus)
  • SAP knowledge would be great – but training is provided
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A natural organiser who thrives on juggling multiple priorities
  • Great communicator – confident with colleagues and suppliers alike
  • Positive team player with a proactive attitude
