Finance Analyst

Job role: Finance Analyst Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Central LondonHybrid working: 2 days onsite per week Play a key role in rebuilding a finance function Join a purpose-led, non-profit membership organisation at an important stage of transformation. Alongside regular reporting and business partnering, you will help resolve historic financial issues, improve data quality and contribute to the development of stronger processes and controls. You will: Support the month-end process, including financial analysis, variance review and reporting. Deliver detailed financial analysis across projects and restricted funds, ensuring information is accurate and clearly understood. Prepare and support donor and restricted fund reporting, ensuring financial requirements are met. Work closely with project managers and budget holders to review expenditure, challenge assumptions and improve financial understanding. Investigate and help resolve historical balances, financial issues and data inconsistencies. Contribute to the development of new FPandA processes, controls and reporting frameworks. Produce meaningful management information, translating financial data into clear, actionable insight.
