Finance Analyst

SF Partners are working with an exciting business based in Sutton Coldfield for a 3-6 month temporary role.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, think independently, and get stuck into the detail - not just produce reports, but truly understand and improve them.

The Role
- Produce and develop meaningful financial reports and analysis
- Work with large data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Review and fix broken or inefficient Excel models and formulas
- Partner with stakeholders to gather information and improve reporting accuracy
- Take initiative to find answers rather than wait for direction

About You
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable fixing formulas, not just using them)
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Confident working with data and digging into detail
- Ideally part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or strong QBE background
