Finance Analyst

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a growing business to recruit a proactive Finance Analyst.The role is based at an impressive head office which is a commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will partner with internal teams to provide critical financial insight. The role focuses on commercial analysis, including PandL management, forecasting, and trend reporting, ensuring data accuracy to support key business decisions.The role would suit a candidate currently working in an Assistant Accounts, Finance Analyst, or Management Accountant role who is looking to move away from a month-end-based role into something with a bigger focus on analysis and commercial business partnering.The client is keen to hear from a commercially-minded candidate with a passion for driving value through forecasting, budgeting, and PandL oversight.
