Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing FMCG business who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team to take over complex reconciliations and reporting across various departments. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual store reconciliations. Prepare client reconciliation reports. Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation. Investigate and resolve transaction variances. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of store activity. Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds with Finance. Monitor escrow balances and reporting. Work with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing. Work with Store Development to raise accurate platform charge billing. Present financial information clearly and professionally. Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist. Experience handling complex reconciliations Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex reconciliation workbooks Inventory accounting experience Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
