The Finance Projects Analyst will play a key role in delivering finance-related projects and driving operational excellence across the UK and Ireland finance teams. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to provide financial insights, ensure compliance, and enhance business performance through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Fleet, Risk and Finance Projects Manager to deliver strategic finance projects across the UK, Ireland, and wider regional teams. Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective delivery. Track and support multiple projects led by finance team members and other stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance to ensure deadlines are met. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with finance teams and other functions to gather data and provide financial support for cross-functional projects.
