New Finance Analyst role available in South Norfolk Your new company Hays are working in partnership with a highly successful AIM listed business in search of an experienced Finance Analyst to join their team. This organisation has been rapidly expanding for several years and has successfully expanded its operations internationally. They are a market leader in their industry and are seeking an industrious and ambitious Finance Analyst to join their existing finance function.Your new role This role will form part of the acquisitions team and will support the acquisition process by analysing the financial performance of target businesses, evaluating the risk and rewards and preparing valuations and insight for leadership. You will work in tandem with senior leadership and external stakeholders to support through the full acquisition process. Specifically, you will be responsible for:Conducting analysis of potential target businesses, including financial information, operational and market data.Produce financial forecasting, sensitivity analysis and prepare business valuation analysis Perform financial forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and prepare business valuation models to determine acquisition values, returns and risks.Presenting key financial information and recommendations (e.g. on pricing, deal structure and terms) to senior leadership, and contribute to decision-makingPreparation of presentations and proposals, including board presentations and management ..... full job details .....
