Finance Analyst

Harper May is working with a London-based construction and property group that has expanded significantly over the past two years, with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects. The business is founder-led, operationally lean, and scaling its financial infrastructure to support anticipated growth across a larger pipeline. The finance function has matured but requires additional analytical capacity to embed better cost visibility and forecasting discipline across projects. They are now seeking a Finance Analyst to join the team.The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will own project financial performance analysis and reporting. You will work across live development schemes, tracking profitability, cost adherence, and cash movement. This role sits between finance and operations, giving you genuine influence over investment decisions and resource allocation.
