      <description>Location: York | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | HW Finance are working with a FMCG business in York to recruit a Finance Analyst. This is a true business partnering role, where you''ll work closely with the Financial Controller, supporting Supply Chain to push financial performance across the business. From deep-dive data analysis to KPI tracking and sharp financial insights, you''ll be right at the heart of decisions that drive cost efficiency, productivity and operational performance.Responsibilities will include: Month-End Close and Operational PandL SupportFinancial Analysis and ReportingKPI and Performance ManagementBudgeting and Forecasting SupportBusiness Partnering and Decision SupportTools, Data and Process Improvement (PowerBI experience would be advantageous) For this role, we are looking to speak with part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment. You''ll be data driven, with advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, but also a commercial mindset - able to spot risks and opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in the office.</description>
