About the Role:
- Building and maintaining financial models to forecast the impact of business changes.
- Analysing large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Creating clear, compelling reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial health.
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests from the FP&A team and other departments.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to understand financial implications across the business.
- Driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years in an analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills (Google BigQuery experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in financial forecasting and modelling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
