Part-Qualified Finance Analyst
to their commercial finance team.The Role:This position will sit at the heart of the finance function, supporting the business with:
Financial performance analysis
of assets and portfolios across residential and commercial sitesPreparing
monthly reporting packs , dashboards, and board summariesAssisting in the
budgeting, forecasting and cash flow modelling
processesPartnering with asset managers, surveyors, and senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisionsSupporting business cases for
new investments, disposals, and development projectsIdeal Candidate:
Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with 1-3 years'' experience in a finance analyst or management accounting roleBackground in real estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries preferredStrong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Yardi, QUBE, or MRI is a plusStrong communication skills and commercial ..... full job details .....
