Finance Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst based in Luton for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Finance Analyst role Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOELocation: Luton Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hour working week Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst Assisting with period-end processes, including accruals and prepaymentsPandL reportingDelivering accurate and insightful financial reports to managementPresenting outcomes of financial analysisConduct in depth competitor analysisAct as a business partner to various departments and branch locationsSupporting the Finance director with all FPandA activities and all UK and Group reporting requirementsGather, collate and analyse pricing data from multiple sourcesBuilding relationships with internal and external auditors Requirements for a successful Finance Analyst Previous experience in a similar roleA genuine interest in data analyticsStrong ability to identify and interpret trends and patternsAdvanced Excel skills with strong numerical abilityStrong understanding of financial analysis and costingConfident report writing skills, with the ability to present findings effectively About Allstaff RecruitmentWe re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
