Finance Administrator
We are currently working with an established organisation to recruit a Part Time Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking for a part-time role with varied responsibilities in a stable environment.The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organisation s financial processes.Key responsibilities include: Assisting with monthly management accounts and variance analysisSupporting year-end processes, including audit preparationProcessing and maintaining payroll records, including HMRC submissionsMaintaining accurate financial records and reconciliationsPreparing and submitting VAT returnsManaging accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and paymentsSupporting budget preparation and financial forecastingMaintaining the asset register and financial documentationEnsuring internal controls and procedures are followedAssisting with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis About You We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational skills and a solid grounding in finance.Essential: Experience in a finance administration / accounts roleGood understanding of basic accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood IT skills and experience using accounting systemsStrong communication and organisational skills Desirable: AAT qualification (or working towards)Experience supporting ..... full job details .....
