Finance Administrator

We re currently working with a well-established, professional services organisation to recruit a Finance Administrator with Accounts Payable experience on a 13 month fixed-term basis.This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, supporting day-to-day transactional finance processes in a structured and supportive environment.The Role You ll play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.Key responsibilities include: Processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and in line with deadlinesHandling supplier queries and liaising with internal stakeholdersPosting financial transactions and performing bank, supplier and ledger reconciliationsMonitoring and managing aged payablesMaintaining accurate financial records and master dataSupporting month-end processes and internal reportingAssisting with employee expenses and internal billing queriesProducing and distributing remittance adviceSupporting process improvements and wider finance team tasks About You Previous experience within Accounts Payable / Purchase LedgerStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood communication skills and ability to manage queries effectivelyComfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office toolsOrganised, proactive and able to manage workload to deadlinesExperience with finance systems (any ERP exposure ..... full job details .....
