What You Will Be Doing Taking ownership of incoming queries across a busy shared inbox, digging into discrepancies rather than waiting to be asked Investigating why something doesn''t reconcile and following it through to a resolution Building strong working relationships with sales, project and supply teams Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Setting up and maintaining supplier account records Managing statement requests and reconciliations from suppliers Handling overhead orders and queries for the wider group Reconciling company credit card ..... full job details .....
