Finance Administrator Based in Manchester City 5 days a week on site Paying 26,250 We''re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a fast-paced and collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role within a busy Sales Ledger function, offering exposure across multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to build your skills in a supportive, high-performing environment. The Role You''ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations, particularly within a high-volume invoicing setting. This role suits someone proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Key ResponsibilitiesRaise and process sales invoices and credit notes using Salesforce/DimensionsHandle declarations, partnerships, and associated billing processesMonitor and follow up on client contract documentationMaintain accurate account and contract records within internal systemsManage and update finance spreadsheetsInvestigate and resolve invoice queries and discrepancies with internal teams and clientsPost and allocate daily cash receipts to ledger accountsRespond promptly to client queries and emailsUpdate client account details, including contact information and addressesMake outbound calls to clients where requiredAssist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) About YouStrong Excel skills, including the use of formulasConfident communicator with experience dealing with customers or ..... full job details .....
