What You''ll Be Doing:The Finance Administrator plays a key role in keeping the financial operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day activities will include: Generating and uploading monthly sales invoices (approx. 100)Managing customer accounts, sending statements and resolving queriesHandling credit control and maintaining accurate customer recordsProcessing supplier invoices (approx. 250/month) and ensuring correct coding and approvalsManaging credit card payments and employee expensesPreparing payment runs and processing via BACsReconciling bank transactions and supporting general office administration What They Are Looking For:The role of Finance Administrator will suit someone who is organised, tech-savvy and eager to learn.
