In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with core finance tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining up-to-date financial records, while also supporting the wider team with administrative duties. Duties:

-Budget Management: Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets

-Data Management: Accurate entry of financial data into Excel and specialised project management systems

-Excel Proficiency: Utilising advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and formulas, to generate detailed financial reports

- Service Charges: Processing and reconciling service charge accounts

-Financial reporting: Collating, analysing and presenting financial data and information for management review

-Expenditure Adjustments: Identifying and processing necessary adjustments to expenditure records to ensure accuracy

-Data entry andamp; Integrity: Inputting and maintaining accurate records

-Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a point of contact

-Communication: Managing professional correspondence and emails

-General management: Providing broad administrational support
