The successful Finance Administrator will play a key part in maintaining core bookkeeping compliance, and for a part-time hire, there is massive potential for the role to naturally scale into a full-time position as the business develops and you take on more capacity. Day-to-day of the role:  Raise, process, and issue accurate customer invoices promptly. Monitor outstanding invoices and professionally handle payment follow-ups/collections. Maintain accurate financial records, tracking spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. Assist with payment reconciliations and identify unmatched transactions.
