Part-Time Finance Administrator (Temporary)
Ipswich (Office-based Wednesdays, remote working available other days)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role offers a flexible working pattern, with one day per week in the office (Wednesdays) and the remainder working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Following up on missing or outstanding purchase order (PO) numbers
- Processing and clearing invoices accurately
- Handling finance-related queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
