Part-Time Finance Administrator (Temporary)
Ipswich (Office-based Wednesdays, remote working available other days)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week

The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role offers a flexible working pattern, with one day per week in the office (Wednesdays) and the remainder working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing outstanding payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up on missing or outstanding purchase order (PO) numbers
  • Processing and clearing invoices accurately
  • Handling finance-related queries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
