This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, although part time candidates will be considered. Paying -26,000 - -29,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience. Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to: Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, managing employee expenses, and compiling payment runs. Accounts Receivable: Posting bank receipts and following up on late payments. Bank Reconciliation: Updating and reconciling bank accounts and managing petty cash. Data Entry: Entering accurate financial data into accounting software Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts and VAT returns. Administrative Support: Filing, scanning documents, and resolving supplier or staff queries. Other Ad hoc projects: Streamlining processes and improving financial and management reporting.
