Finance Administrator
A client of ours in the Earls Colne, Colchester area is recruiting a part-time Finance Administrator to join their friendly and established accounts team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity working Monday - Thursday 1.00pm - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (23.5 hours per week), paying 13.91 - 15.55 per hour depending on experience.This role would suit someone who enjoys a structured finance position, takes pride in accuracy and likes working with figures, processes and routine tasks. You will be joining a supportive team where reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude are highly valued.Your key duties in this Finance Administrator role will include but are not limited to:Raising invoices accurately and within required timescalesReviewing invoice information and identifying any discrepancies or errorsLiaising with external clients regarding invoices and outstanding paymentsBooking property resales and exchangesPosting purchase ledger and field agent invoices onto XeroChecking financial information and ensuring records are maintained accuratelySupporting internal departments and assisting with ad hoc finance administrationSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous finance, accounts or administration experience would be beneficialStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve errorsA confident approach working with numbers with good numerical abilityComfortable completing detailed and repetitive ..... full job details .....
