A client of ours in the Halstead area are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, although part time candidates will be considered. Paying 26,000 - 29,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience.Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to:Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, managing employee expenses, and compiling payment runs.Accounts Receivable: Posting bank receipts and following up on late payments.Bank Reconciliation: Updating and reconciling bank accounts and managing petty cash.Data Entry: Entering accurate financial data into accounting softwareFinancial Reporting: Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts and VAT returns.Administrative Support: Filing, scanning documents, and resolving supplier or staff queries.Other Ad hoc projects: Streamlining processes and improving financial and management reporting.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Finance Administrator position:Working towards AAT accountancy qualification or willingness to work towards this.1+ years experience within an accounts rolePayroll experience/knowledge essentialStrong Microsoft excel skillsHigh attention to detailPrevious accounts experience is desirable however training is availableKnowledge of accounting principlesGreat Benefits to working for this company include:25 days holiday + bank holidaysAfter 4 years of service an extra holiday will ..... full job details .....
