Job DescriptionRole: Finance AdministratorSalary: 25,000 - 27,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00Location: Convenient city centre location Main Purpose of the Role:To assist the Client Finance Manager and the wider management team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, and ensuring that all activities comply with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements. This role contributes to the smooth and efficient running of our client''s financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivablePrepare and process invoices and expense claimsAssist in month-end and year-end financial reportingReconcile bank statements and ledgersSupport payroll processing and VAT submissionsMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulationsAssist with ad hoc finance projects as requiredWhat We''re Looking For:AAT qualified (or studying towards AAT) preferredPrevious experience in a finance or accounting role preferredStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS OfficeStrong excel knowledge A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learnWhat We Offer:Opportunities for professional development and trainingSupportive and collaborative work environmentExposure to a varied client portfolioThe role offers ..... full job details .....
