Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: West End, Glasgow
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

About the Role:
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Glasgow’s West End. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their finance experience within a supportive and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
