Finance AdministratorLocation: Lewes Contract: PermanentSalary: 27k - 30k (DOE)We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team and support the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and payment activities. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy, who is comfortable working with confidential financial information.Key responsibilities include:Reconciling accounts and resolving queries in a timely and professional mannerProcessing staff expenses and corporate card transactionsPreparing electronic payment runs for approval, in line with internal controlsRecording, reviewing and maintaining prepaymentsEntering purchase invoices accurately into the finance systemCoordinating supplier payments in line with agreed terms and approval processesHandling all financial information with discretion and confidentialityAbout you:Previous experience in a finance or accounts support roleStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workComfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasksConfident using finance systems and MS ExcelA team player with a proactive and professional attitudeThis role offers a great opportunity to develop within a supportive finance environment and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting processes.
