Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team and become a pivotal part of the business!TITLE: Finance Administrator LOCATION: ExeterSALARY: 28,000- 30,000 per annum DOEBENEFITS: Excellent benefit package including 25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysHOURS: Monday to Friday 9am-5pmTHE COMPANY: Our client, a well-established agricultural company located just outside of Exeter, is on the lookout for a motivated Finance Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team. You will work in a team of three and get the opportunity to grow and develop in an everchanging role. DUTIES INCLUDE:Invoicing and Payments: Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into financial systems (Xero).Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and managing transactions.Reconciliation: Performing bank and account reconciliations and balancing month-end reports.Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports for internal use.Payroll: Supporting payroll activities to ensure timely payment to staff.Credit Control: credit control activities and collections from customers.Queries and Support: Responding to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.General Administration: Handling general administrative duties, data input, and managing office records.Processing of orders to include placing purchase orders with suppliers and ensuring proper ..... full job details .....
