Finance Administrator

An established and growing organisation within the property sector is seeking a motivated Finance Administrator to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role would suit someone with previous finance or administration experience, as well as a strong junior candidate looking to gain practical experience within a finance environment. Working alongside experienced finance colleagues, you will receive support and training while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial and administrative duties. As a Finance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on invoicing, customer accounts, payments, and general finance administration. You will be responsible for processing invoices, allocating payments, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with account queries, and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks. As the role involves regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will need to be confident, professional, and well presented, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
