The successful candidate will assist with financial administration, invoice processing, account reconciliations, reporting, and general finance support while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Duties and Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and stored. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
