They provide a full range of accountancy, tax, and advisory services to SMEs, individuals, and specialist sectors.The RoleDue to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their busy accounts and administration team.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong administrative experience, good numerical ability, and excellent attention to detail. You will support a wide range of transactional finance, client administration, and office support tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a broad mix of finance and administrative duties, including:Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit controlManaging standing orders, cashbooks, and month-end transfersSupporting month-end processes including journals, accruals, and reportingMaintaining accurate records in accounting systems (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)Managing client onboarding via Ignition, including payments and AML checksUpdating office fees spreadsheets and completing monthly reconciliationsAssisting with billing, payroll invoicing (outsourced), and ad hoc invoicesProcessing WIP write-offs, credit notes, and fee adjustmentsHandling incoming payments and petty cash ..... full job details .....
